Eze spreads from the beaches of the coast all the way up to over 500 metre in altitude. The old village is perched at 430 metres from where the views are unparalleled. Located between Nice and Monaco, more specifically between Cap d’Ail and Beaulieu sur mer, Eze is well known for its beauty and its preserved nature.

Eze is probably most famous for the Chateau de la Chevre d’Or,  one of the most prestigious hotels on the French Riviera. Originally a private property belonging to the violinist Zlatko Balokovic, it was bought and transformed into a hotel and restaurant during the 1950′s. The name became known around the world when Walt Disney went there in 1956. This very special place has developped over the years and is today a reference for refined cuisine across the world. The Chateau de la Chevre d’Or has welcomed prestigious clients such as Marlene Dietrich, Humphrey Bogart, and more recently Jack Nicholson.
