Lying to the West of Cannes at the beginning of the Esterel, Theoule sur Mer is somewhat less known although this trend is changing. Its famous red rocks typify the area. The preserved nature of Theoule sur Mer has limited the real estate development and allows for unspoilt waterfront properties with private accesses to small beaches.
